Important
If you have previously configured the wireless settings of the machine, you must reset the network LAN
settings before you can configure the wireless settings again. Press Menu, 6, 0, 1 and select 1. Yes to
accept the change. The machine will restart automatically.

Turn on the machine. Press Menu, 6, 2, 5. Using ▲ or ▼, select On and press OK.

Turn on your computer.
(For Windows

2000 Professional/XP, you must be logged on with Administrator rights.)
Close any applications running before installing the MFL-Pro Suite.
Note
■ Before configuration, if you are using personal firewall software, disable it. Once you are sure that you can
print after the configuration, restart your personal firewall software.
■ A wireless network connection is supported only between the Brother machine and an access point for
PC’s running Windows NT
®
workstation 4.0 and Windows
®
XP Professional x64 Edition.

Put the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. If the model name screen appears, choose your
machine. If the language screen appears, choose your language.
