Coloured spots at 94 mm
If the problem is not solved after printing a few blank pages,
foreign material, such as glue from a label, may be stuck on
the drum surface. Clean the drum unit (see Cleaning the
drum unit on page 103).
Identify the colour causing the problem and install a new
drum unit (see Replacing the drum units on page 82).

Toner scatter or toner stain
Check the machine’s environment. Conditions such as high
humidity and high temperatures may cause this print quality
problem.
Identify the colour causing the problem and put in a new
