Loading envelopes 2
a Before loading, press the corners and
sides of the envelopes to make them as
flat as possible.
IMPORTANT
If envelopes are “double-feeding,” put one
envelope in the paper tray at a time.
b Gently press and slide the paper side
guides to fit the paper size.
c Put envelopes in the paper tray #1 with
the printing surface face down. If the
envelope flaps are on the long edge,
load the envelopes with the flap on the
left, as shown in the illustration.
Gently adjust the paper side guides (1)
to fit the size of the envelopes.
