No Toner The toner cartridge for the
colour indicated on the
Touchscreen is not installed
correctly.
Remove the drum unit, remove the toner
cartridge for the colour indicated on the
Touchscreen from the drum unit, and reinstall
the toner cartridge back into the drum unit.
Reinstall the drum unit back in the machine. If
the problem continues, replace the toner
cartridge (see Replacing the toner cartridges
on page 78).
No Tray The paper tray indicated on the
Touchscreen is not installed or
not installed correctly.
Reinstall the paper tray indicated on the
Touchscreen.
No Waste Toner The waste toner box is not
installed correctly.
Reinstall the Waste Toner Box, (see the steps
in Replacing the waste toner box on page 95).
Out of Memory The machine’s memory is full. Fax sending or copy operation in progress
Do one of the following:
Press Send Now, Partial Print or
Quit to send or copy the scanned pages.
Press and wait until the other
operations in progress finish, and then try
again.
Clear the faxes from the memory.
Print the faxes that are stored in the
memory to restore the memory to 100%.
Then turn off Fax Storage to avoid storing
more faxes in the memory (see Advanced
User's Guide).
Add optional memory (see Advanced
User's Guide).
Print operation in process
Do one of the following:
Reduce the print resolution
(see Software and Network User's Guide).
Clear the faxes from the memory (see the
above explanation).
Add optional memory (see Advanced
User's Guide).
Print Data Full The machine’s memory is full.
Press and delete the previously stored
secure print jobs.
Add optional memory (see Advanced
User's Guide).
