Make sure you have first checked the following:
The rechargeable Li-ion battery is inserted correctly and has enough battery charge remaining, and the Brother printer
is turned on.
All protective packaging has been removed from the printer.
The access point (for wireless) or router is turned on and its link light is blinking.
The RD Roll compartment cover is fully closed.
The roll is inserted correctly in the roll compartment.

Error Message Cause/Remedy
Incorrect Password Is the admin password correct?
Enter the correct password.
If you do not remember the password, use [Device settings] of the “Printer
Setting Tool” to reset the password. For details, see 11 Admin Password in
Display Settings (1) (RJ-3150/3150Ai only) on page 75.

Has the wireless LAN or Bluetooth connection been interrupted?
The wireless LAN or Bluetooth connection was interrupted. Turn off the printer, and
then turn the printer on again.
WPS did not connect
Try to connect again?
The access point could not be found.
An access point for establishing a connection could not be specified.
