Remove and set aside the forearm cap
assembly which holds the forearm in
position on the stock/receiver group. (See
Figure 5.)
Slide forearm up and remove from the
magazine tube. (See Figure 6.)
While holding your B - 80 upright, note the
position of the gas piston which is held in
position by the forearm and forearm cap
