DANGER

Charcoal Smoking –
smoker not hot enough
i)Check accuracy of temperature gauge
ii)Check charcoal amount and air vent
i)Refer to page 21 for checking thermometer
ii)Add sufficient charcoal. Open air vent on lid
and open front door to allow a gap. This
promotes flow of air for charcoal burning
Gas Smoking – smoker
not hot enough
i)Check accuracy of temperature gauge
i)Refer to page 21 for checking thermometer
ii) Adjust flow of gas via regulator control valve
