Warranty conditions
As of 1 January 2022, BRU guarantees the proper functioning of its products for a
period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to products
used for domestic purposes. Any other use in the context of professional use by a
natural or legal person excludes any application of the warranty. This product is
guaranteed against any failure resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. This
warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from improper installation,
incorrect use or normal wear and tear of the product. Please keep your proof of
purchase to verify any claims under guarantee.
Availability of spare parts
BRU has spare parts for its products for a 2-year period. You can find accessories and
spare parts for your BRU products sold by our partners mentioned on our website or
directly on our website bru-tea.com. If your accessory or spare part is not available,
