Hardwood Flooring
Solid Scrape Available in 3-1/4˝ width only, 3/4˝ thick
Solid Available in 2-1/4˝, 3-1/4˝, and 5˝ widths, 3/4˝ thick
Engineered Available in 3˝ and 5˝ widths
Solid hardwood flooring is designed for installation on or above ground
level and is installed by nailing boards to a wood subfloor.
Engineered hardwood flooring may be installed on all grade levels, even
the basement using either staple or glue-down installation method.
Depending on whether you choose solid or engineered
hardwood, they may be installed using glue, nails, or staples.
Glue-down installations are usually over concrete, vinyl and
other non-nailable surfaces. Nails or staples are used when
installing over wood subfloors.
