Warranty To the original owner, the Bryant Plus 90 model 350AAV gas furnace is covered by a 10-year parts and lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty upon timely registration of your new equipment.* The secondary heat exchanger carries a 20-year labor limited warranty. Ask your Bryant dealer about optional extended warranties, which may include labor. *Warranty period is 5-years on parts and 20-years on heat exchangers if not registered within 90 days.
