If you have a domain name with a non-BT provider, we recommend that you
transfer it to BT Business so you’ll have a single source of contact for technical issues.
If you’d prefer not to transfer your domain name but you wish to use it to send
and receive email across BT’s mail servers, you’ll need to contact us to tell us your
domain name(s). Please see page 53 for our contact details.
We’ll then conrm that you own the domain name. This only takes a minute or two
and helps us ensure the security of our mail servers.
If you don’t have a domain name, or wish to add domains, you can order them if
you have the Internet Business Pack (IBP). Go to at
. (Please note: IBP includes one ‘.co.uk’ or ‘.org.uk’ domain name
free of charge. Charges apply for extra domain names.)
