If you’re having trouble connecting, check the lights on your Openreach modem 
using the table below and follow the troubleshooting advice.

There is a problem with the power supply or your modem. 
  Turn off and unplug your modem’s power. 
  Check that your modem’s power cable is correctly inserted into the power socket 
on the back of the modem.
  Check that your mains power socket is working.
  Plug the modem power cable back into mains power and turn on.
  If the Power light is still off, please call us on 0800 169 3809 (please make sure 
you’re at your computer, and that it’s turned on, when you call).
