Copying names and numbers
to other handsets
It is currently possible to transfer
information only between Diverse 2000
Executive Handset, Diverse 2000
Deskphone and the Pocket Phone
which are registered to the Diverse ISDN
base stations.
To copy a name and number into
another handset’s Directory
You can transfer entries from your
Phone Book to the phone book of
another handset registered to the same
base station.
• Press the
DIRECTORY button.
• Press the
DOWN button to highlight
the entry to be copied.
• Press the
MORE OPTIONS button.
• Press the
DOWN button to highlight
COPY ENTRY
• Press the
OK button.
• Enter the internal number you want.
• Press the
MORE OPTIONS button.
Display highlights COPY
• Press the
OK button. The selected
handset rings.
• On the receiving handset, press the
PHONE button.
• The receiving handset user enters
their handset PIN number
(default = 0000).
• Press the
OK button.
The entry is copied.
• You can now select other entries
to be copied or press
END CALL
to finish.
