Using the redial memory

As well as being able to redial the last

five numbers called (see page 15) you

can display or delete numbers or edit

and copy them into the Phone Book.

To copy a redial number to the

Directory

• Press the REDIAL button.

• Press the

DOWN button to

highlight the number you want.

• Press the

MORE OPTIONS button.

• Press the

DOWN button to

highlight COPY NUMBER

• Press the

OK button.

• Enter a name for the number

(see page 18)

• Press the

MORE OPTIONS button

• Press the

DOWN button to

highlight SAVE ENTRY

• Press the

OK button to confirm.

To delete a redial number

• Press the REDIAL button.

• Press the

DOWN button to

highlight the number you want.

• Press the

MORE OPTIONS button.

• Press the

DOWN button to highlight

DELETE NUMBER

• Press the

OK button to confirm.

The memory is also used by the Short

Cuts function (see pages 26). To make

more memory available for directory

entries you can delete Short Cuts that

you do not use.
