4. Enter your 4-digit PIN (original setting 0000) and
press .
NEW PIN is displayed.
5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN and press .
RETYPE is displayed.
6. Re-enter your new 4-digit PIN and press .
You will hear a confirmation tone.
7. Press and hold to return to standby.
Handset and base reset
1. Press to enter the menu.
2. Press to scroll to
SETUP and press .
3. Use to scroll to
DEFAULT and press .
PIN? is displayed.
4. Enter the base PIN (original setting 0000) and
press .
You will hear a confirmation tone at the base and
handset.
The handset display will flash
BASE 1 then HANDSET 1 .
Your BT Freelance XD 510 is now reset to the factory
settings.
