You can use your BT Freelance XD 510 for a variety of
functions: to listen to your messages; delete, skip
forward or backward; record a memo or new outgoing
message, and to screen incoming calls.
Message playback
1. Press twice. The handset will beep and you will
hear the main menu options.
TAM MENU will flash in the display and the handset will
beep.
2. Then press to play all messages.
Or
Press to play only new messages.
During playback:
Press once to repeat the current message.
Press twice to play the previous message.
Press to delete the current message.
Press to play the next message.

If you try to access the answering
machine via the handset when
the base unit is in use the handset
display will flash TAM BUSY.
