Problems Possible cause
Replacing the After a time, you may find that the handset batteries

This is a standard sign of wear and the batteries will

No display appears The batteries may be flat or dead. Recharge or

The handset may be switched off, see page 17.
No dial tone Check that the telephone line cord and mains power
cords are correctly connected.
You cannot link Is flashing in the display? If so, you are out of
up with the base range and will need to move nearer to the base.
