TROUBLESHOOTING To help you get more familiar with this USB 2.0 external drive, Combo 5232UI, the following FAQ lists some common problems you might encounter. Please read it for reference before you request RMA support from your dealer. Q1. The drive cannot be recognized. (1) It’s possible the drive hasn’t been connected properly.
