Dual, Tri, and Quad Watch (TMR)
In certain situations, the ability to monitor two, three or even four channels at once can be a
valuable asset.
The BTECH UV-25X2, UV-25X4, and GMRS-50X1 features Dual, Tri, and Quad Watch functionality
with the ability scan between two-four frequencies at a fixed intervals and to lock the transmit
frequency to one of the four channels it monitors
1. Press the key to enter the menu.
2. Enter “0” on the numeric keypad to get to the TMR Watch Settings
3. Press to select which channels are monitored (See Appendix A).
4. Use the and keys to enable or disable.
5. Press the key to confirm.
6. Press the key to exit the menu.
Due to the way the BTECH UV-25X2 / UV-25X4 / GMRS-50X1 are constructed, whenever one of the
A, B, C, or D Frequencies (VFO/MR) goes active, it will default to transmit on that channel for
