ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED?
Neoperl warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this faucet aerator, spray,
laminar device, or faucet or shower adapter/fitting, will be free from defects in design,
material, and manufacturing workmanship under normal installation, use, and
service. Where Neoperl inspection discloses any such defects within the Warranty
Period, Neoperl will replace above mentioned products FREE OF CHARGE. This
warranty applies only to faucet aerators, sprays, laminar devices, or faucet or shower
adapter/fittings, purchased and used by the original consumer purchaser in the United
States, Canada or Mexico.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY COVERAGE LAST?
This limited warranty remains in force for one (1) year from date of purchase (the
“Warranty Period”).
HOW TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE?
Warranty service can be obtained by calling 203-756-8891 or writing to the address
shown below. Proof of purchase from the original consumer purchaser must
accompany all warranty claims.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Damage due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration
of the product, or misapplication, including but not limited to, selecting an improper
aerator for your local water conditions, whether performed by a contractor, service
company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Neoperl will not be responsible
for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement.
