8. FCC warning statement

 This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the

following two conditions:

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and

(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference

that may cause undesired operation.

 This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an

uncontrolled environment. End users must follow the specific operating

instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. No changes shall be made

to the equipment without the manufacturer’s permission as this may void the

user’s authority to operate the equipment.

 This equipment has been tested for compliance with SAR limits for body worn

configurations, the highest reported SAR value is 0.01W/kg for SAR extremity.
