To have the defective item replaced, send us:
1. The UPC symbol (bar code) cut out from the box
2. Date and place of purchase OR copy of
purchase receipt
3. Brief description of the defect
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace missing
puzzle pieces. If the defect is a missing piece, please
DO NOT send a piece of the puzzle as no pieces will
be returned.

Buffalo Games has made every effort to ensure this product is without defect in workmanship or
