Opening using the opening code
Enter the valid opening code
Press “Enter” and turn the knob by a quarter clockwise.

Press “Enter” and turn the knob by a quarter clockwise.
Open the safe and wait until the greed LED over the opening readiness
icon goes out. Press the red button on the inner side of the safe door
(the yellow LED fl ashes twice together with 2 high signal tones).
The yellow LED lights up during the programming process. Enter the new
opening code (3 to 8 digits) and press “Enter”. A successful code change
is confi rmed by 2 high tones together with the green LED fl ashing twice.
Opening with the emergency lock
Remove the screws of the battery compartment cover and move the
battery compartment cover downwards.
Remove the batteries.
Then insert the emergency key into the lock and turn it as far
as the stop counterclockwise.
Turn the knob by a quarter clockwise and open the door.
Disposal of batteries
Dear customer,
please help us to reduce waste. Should you ever intend to dispose of
this device, please bear in mind that many components of the device
contain precious materials, which can be recycled. Please do not dispose
of this device as common waste, but rather request information from the
responsible local authority on the collecting points for electric waste.
The dustbin symbol indicates:
Discharged batteries must not be disposed as
common waste. Please return the batteries to their
vendor or the local recycling yard. Their return is
free of charge and it is legally required.
Generally
When an action has been successfully performed, the green LED under the
“Opening readiness” icon goes on when it is completed, the activation
of the red LED under the “Refused entry / Blocking time / Battery” icon
indicates that the action has failed. In such case the original settings are
retained. A fl ashing yellow LED indicates entry using a button.

Commissioning
Remove the screws of the battery compartment cover using the attached
hex key (size 1.5) and move the cover with the Favor logo downwards.
Then insert the emergency key into the lock and turn it as far as the stop
counterclockwise. Turn the knob by a quarter clockwise and open the door.
Then insert the batteries from the safe (4 pcs, LR6 / AA / 1.5 / alkaline)
and screw the battery compartment cover back on. Press the red button
on the inner side of the safe door (the yellow LED fl ashes twice together
with 2 high signal tones). The yellow LED lights up during the programming
process. Enter the new opening code (3 to 8 digits) and press “Enter”. A
successful code change is confi rmed by 2 high tones together with the green
LED fl ashing twice.

Important notes
Store your codes and emergency key (the emergency lock is located under
the 4 batteries) at a secure place outside the safe.
Use no personal data (e.g. date of birth, telephone No …)
In case the safe is not to be used for a prolonged period of time, please
remove the batteries.
Please contact your vendor in case of questions or problems.
The safe provides its intended protection level only when attached to a
massive construction element. Please use the provided anchoring points
(on wall and / or fl oor) in order to create the required fi xing connection.
