→ Fit the display module (see chap. 7.4) to parameter the device.
→ Assemble flowmeter type 8076 (see Figure 13)
→ Set the K factor parameter (see chap. 9.13.5) or have it determined through a teach-in procedure.
8.3. Wiring

Risk of injury due to electrical voltage.
• Shut down and isolate the electrical power source before carrying out work on the system.
• Observe all applicable accident protection and safety regulations for electrical equipment.
• Use a high quality electrical power supply (filtered and regulated).
• Make sure the installation is equipotential. See chap. 8.3.3.
• Use a shielded cable.
• Once the device is wired, set the "HWMode" parameter depending on the wiring carried out, sink/NPN
or source/PNP. See chap. 9.12.8.

8.3.2. Assembling the male or female connector (accessories:

→ Unscrew the nut [1] on the body [4].
→ Insert the cable into the nut [1], the cable clamp [2] and the seal [3], and then into
the body [4].
