IX. Transferring or Installing Additional
Moose Racks
If you need to install your Moose Rack on another bicycle, please contact your
Burley dealer. Because the rack offers a critical safety connection to the bicycle, it
is essential that a qualifi ed bicycle mechanic install the rack using the procedure in
section “III. Installing the Moose Rack.” Your dealer must use only genuine Bur ley
hardware, and replace any lock nuts they remove (these lock nuts are designed for
single use).
Additional Moose Racks are available at a reasonable cost. If you or your family have
more than one bike, you may choose to have your Burley dealer install a Moose Rack
on a second bike to allow you to easily switch your Burley Pic co lo from one bike to
the other.
Of course, these tough racks are perfectly suit ed for around-town use or cross-
country expeditions with or without a trailercycle attached. With our TIG-welded,
Chrome-Moly construction and lifetime warranty, a Moose Rack may be the last rack
you ever buy.
