Mobile telephone
• Press the red telephone function button on the
Infotainment touch screen.
• Press the red ‘end call’ button on the privacy handset.
When a telephone call has ended, the audio system will revert to
the previous mode.
If a call is ended by a third party, dependent upon your service
provider, the call may stay active for up to two minutes.
It is recommended that the telephone button on the multi-function
steering wheel is used at end of every call.
During a call
When a call is active, the TEL main menu is replaced by the
telephone call view.
Features available in this menu are:
Holding a call
A short press of the white telephone function button will mute
the current call. Call being held will be displayed on the
Infotainment touch screen. No sounds from the vehicle will be
transmitted to the caller.
Press the white telephone function button to resume the call.
DTMF tones
DTMF tones can be used to access voicemail, enter passwords, etc.
To enter DTMF tones during a telephone call, open the keypad by
pressing the function button and enter the desired
character(s).
Multiple call handling
Additional calls

During a telephone call, it is possible to make an additional call
and then swap between the two calls, or to set up a ‘conference
call’, where all parties involved can hear and talk to each other.
It is only possible to hold one additional call.
