Product support Help is always at hand Troubleshooting If the hob is not working: • Hob burners do not work. • The burners may be in the ´off` position. • Supply gas pressure may not be correct. • Power (if the appliance has an electric connection) is switched off. • Check the position of oven and/or grill burner’s control knob. • Check the gas supply and gas pressure. • Check whether there is power supplied. Also check that other kitchen appliances are working. Hob burners do not light.
