Growing Instructions

Place the growing medium pellets in a large bowl. Add 3/4 cup of warm water. Allow the pellets to absorb
the water and fluff with a fork, adding more water if needed. Pour ¾ the growing medium into the
container, reserving the rest to cover the seeds. Sprinkle seeds evenly over the surface of the growing
medium; lightly cover the seeds with the remaining growing medium. Place in a warm, sunny location.
Use a fine mist or watering can to keep growing medium moist, but not soggy. Germination requires
consistent temperature and moisture. To stimulate the germination of the seeds, cover the pot with a
piece of plastic wrap. Remove the plastic once the seedlings emerge. Use a standard plant fertilizer when
your seedlings are 2”– 3” tall, following the instructions on the fertilizer packaging. For more detailed
