For example, calendars for different working days, access on holidays, weekends or 24 h

To register a new calendar:
1. Go to Home > User management > Calendars, and select the New button

saying :RXOG\RXOLNHXVWRKHOS\RXFRQÀJXUHFDOHQGDUV" and follow the steps given
by the assistant.
3. Select the button to save the changes.
• Select to edit an existing element. Select to discard the changes.
Select to delete an element.
3. Assign a required Department to the user. Use the default Department if you have not
created any departments (see Create Department section).
4. Assign a required Access group to the user. Use the default group if you have not
created any groups (see Create Access group section).

You can assign a department to each user. To register a new department:
1. Go to Home > User management > Departments, press the New button
2. Enter the name of the department.
3. Select the button to save the changes.
• Select to edit an existing element. Select to discard the changes.
Select to delete an element.
