The Cable Matters® A/V Extender over Cat6 with TCP/IP Configuration and IR Control is the
ideal solution for connecting HD display equipment in remote locations up 328 feet apart.
Broadcast HDMI audio and video signals to up to 8 displays through a dedicated unmanaged
(not shared) network switch.
2.2 Product Description
• Extend HDMI audio/video connections up to 328 feet from an HDMI source such as a
computer, Blu-ray player, gaming console, or Cable box to an HDMI display such as
an HDTV, monitor, or projector over a single Cat 6 UTP/STP cable
• Connect up to 8 additional displays through a dedicated unmanaged network switch
• Plug & Play installation automatically discovers HDMI receivers using existing Cat 6
cabling
• Control the video source (eg: Blue-ray player) from the remote display location
(monitor) with the included IR cables that use a dedicated DDC channel
• Supports video resolutions up to 1920x1200 at 60 Hz
• Compatible with HDCP compliant equipment for transmitting copy protected video
• A/V Extender Transmitter and Receivers are AC powered to eliminate voltage drop
• A repeater chipset provides automatic adjustment of signal feedback, equalization,
and amplification
• Sturdy metal enclosure provides durability and reduces EMI noise
• Surface mountable with included brackets and screws
