ATX LEDs and their functions are described in Table 2-1. Refer to
the module documentation for a description of the LEDs for that
module.
Table 2-1. Meaning Of ATX LEDs
LED Meaning
POWER
STATUS
On – Power supply is on and the voltage is within the
acceptable range.
ENGINE
STATUS
On – The Packet Processing Engine (PPE) is
operational.
TURBO
STATUS
On – The turbo processor is operational.
POWER
SUPPLY
A
On – Power supply A is generating sufficient voltage
for the ATX to operate.
Off – The power switch is off, the power supply is not
present, or it is malfunctioning.
POWER
SUPPLY
B
On – Power supply B, the optional power supply is
generating sufficient voltage for the ATX to operate.
Off – The power switch is off, the power supply is not
present, or it is malfunctioning.
