Flash Download — The Flash Download screen allows you to download a ﬁrmware image from

a TFTP server to the CSX400.

Bridge Setup — The Bridge Setup screen allows you to select a Spanning Tree protocol and

enable/disable switch ports.

Router Setup — The Router Setup screen accesses two other screens that provide general IP or

IPX routing conﬁguration and allow you to enable or disable the Routing Information Protocol

(RIP) and the Service Advertisement Protocol (SAP) features.

WAN Setup – The WAN Setup menu item accesses two other screens that provide WAN physical

conﬁguration and WAN Interface conﬁguration access to enable a WAN link to be set up.

System Level Screen

The System Level screen displays the physical address (MAC address) of the CSX400 and allows

you to set the following parameters:

• System Date

• System Time

• Host IP Address

• Subnet Mask

• Default Gateway

• Default Interface

NOTE

If you have a WPIM-HDSL installed in your CSX400, refer to the WAN Setup section of

this chapter for conﬁguration information. For all other WPIMs, refer to your speciﬁc

WPIM(s) Local Management Guide for information on conﬁguring the CSX400 for a

Wide Area Network Interface.
