4 On Solaris 2.7, when you:
-Upgrade in place from SPECTRUM 5.0
rev1 with CS4 MMS4 to SPECTRUM
6.5.1, and
-The DDM database fails to install
a segmentation fault occurs if you:
- Move the DDM directory to DDM_old,
- Click the Cancel button, and
- Continue the installation.
Aprisma is investigating a solution to this
issue.
5 When you install SPECTRUM on Windows
NT/2000 with a user name containing a
space (for example, NT SPECTRUM) the
installation appears to run successfully
until the very end, then you receive a
message similar to the following:
sed: Unterminated ‘s’ command
You could possibly receive this message
several times.
Avoid spaces in SPECTRUM user names.
6 SPECTRUM uninstallation program on
Solaris:
If the uninstall operation does not
complete on its first run, rerun the
program.
This issue will be corrected in a future
release of SPECTRUM.
