The TR Tier Port Icon also provides labels, or double-click zones, for accessing
additional port information. Figure 2-5 describes the Port Icon labels.

Port ID/Port Notes Label
Label 1 provides the port identifier number and access to the Port Notes View.
Port Information View Label
Label 2 provides the status, description, and color of the TR Tier port icon
which is described as follows:
Bypassed Yellow
Inserted Green
If the module is in the Bypassed mode, “Bypassed” is displayed; if the module
is in the insert mode, “Inserted” is displayed. Double-click this block to access
the Token Ring Port Information View. The fields for this view are described
under the TR Tier Application.
Operational Status/Port Information View Label
Label 3 provides the TR Tier Port Information View’s port diagnostics, receive,
and transmit performance information.
