Ethernet MAC Application
The Ethernet MAC Application displays one application-specific view. The
Ethernet Bus Diagnostics View provides additional Intelligent Module
Ethernet (IMEN) Datalink information for the Ethernet Bus interface. You
may access this view by either of the following methods:
• Click Ethernet Bus in the Ethernet MAC icon
Subviews menu to access the Ethernet Bus
Diagnostics View
• Once the Ethernet MAC icon is highlighted, select
Ethernet Bus from the View Icon Subviews menu to
open the Ethernet Bus View.
Ethernet Bus Diagnostics View
The fields for the Ethernet Bus Diagnostics View are described below:
Model Name
Provides the application name.
Network Address
Provides the Ungermann Bass hub IP address.
Additionally, the IMEN Datalink Table is provided in this view, and its fields
are described below:
Slot
The relative position of the card in the enclosure starting from 1.
Transmit
The total number of packets transmitted.
Receive
The total number of packets received.
CRC Errors
The number of packets received with CRC errors.
Collisions
The total number of packets transmitted with collision(s) detected.
Click any statistic in the IMEN Datalink Table to access the Ethernet Bus
Diagnostics View.
