2. The continuous light output in
HSS ash does not freeze a moving
o bje ct a s a n or m a l  a s h w o u ld d o.
Instead, an HSS ash will cause
motion blur, much like a
continuous light source would. In
order to freeze motion using the
HSS ash, you need to use high
shutter speeds.
3. Increasing the shutter speed
above the x-sync implies that the
c o n t r i b utio n of t h e  a s h
decreases accordingly. Whenever
changing the shutter speed, you
a l s o n e e d t o a d ju s t t h e  a s h
power level if you want to
maintain the same contribution
of t he  a s h.
