Speedometer and Odometer
Your speedometer lets you
see
your speed in both miles
per
hour (mph)
and kilometers per hour (km/h). Your odometer shows
how
far your
vehicle has been driven, in either miles (used in the
U.S.)
or kilometers
(used in Canada).
English Metric
Button
This button is located on the Driver Information Center
(DIC).
You can
go
back and forth from English (miles) to metric (kilometers) by pushing
this button.
The same button also makes other readings (like temperature and fuel)
go between English and Metric.
Trip
Odometer
Button
This button is located
on
the Driver Information Center (DIC).
You
can
tell
how
far you’ve gone since you last set it back to zero.
To
reset, push
and hold the button until it zeros.
If
your vehicle is domestic, the trip odometer will return to zero after
999.9 miles (1609 km).
If
you
have a Canadian vehicle the trip odometer
will return
to
zero after 1999.9 km (1242 miles).
