Warranty Service – United States and
Canada
Your selling dealership has made a large
investment to ensure that they have the proper
tools, training, and parts inventory to make
any necessary warranty repairs should they be
required during the warranty period. We ask that
you return to your selling dealer for warranty
repairs. In the event of an emergency repair, you
may take your vehicle to any authorized GM
dealer for warranty repairs. However, certain
warranty repairs require special tools or training
that only a dealer selling your brand may
have. Therefore, not all dealers are able to perform
every repair. If a particular dealership cannot
assist you, then contact the Customer Assistance
Center. If you have changed your residence,
visit any Cadillac dealer in the United States or
Canada for warranty service.
