Print dialog

The Print dialog box specifies the parameters of your print job, including the printer destination, the

number of copies and properties.

The following is a description of the Print dialog:

Printer

This is the active printer and printer connection. Choose the Setup option to change the printer and

printer connection.

Print Range

Specify the pages you want to print:

All

Prints the entire document.

Pages

Prints the range of pages you specify in the From and To boxes.

Copies

Specify the number of copies you want to print for the above page range.

Collate

Prints copies in page number order, instead of separated multiple copies of each page.

Properties button

Opens a dialog box that lets you specify whatever your printer allows.

Print Preview dialog

The Print Preview dialog box lets you see what the Staff view, Event List view, or Lyrics view will

look like when printed.

The Print button in the Print Preview dialog box opens your system’s Print dialog box. For more

information, see “Print dialog” on page 1737.

Configure

For the Staff view, the Configure button in the Print Preview dialog box lets you choose from a

number of standard staff sizes. You can see which fits your needs best.
