3.3.5 HOW TO DETERMINE DEVICE CAPABILITY
Device part numbers correlate to device features. For example:
XXX-YYY-ZZ-NN-USABCD (Example: CVF-322-23-US1970)
XXX – Product features
CVF = Vehicle Finance
CMF = Motorcycle Finance
CVT = Vehicle Tracking
YYY – Device (322, means LMU-322, etc.)
ZZ – Kit
23 – Basic Location
24 – Location and Starter Disable (box will contain a relay)
27 – Location, Starter Disable and in-vehicle buzzer for Payment Reminder
(box will contain a buzzer and a relay)
33 – Basic Location plus External Antenna
34 – Location plus SD plus External Antenna
37 – Location plus SD plus Payment Reminder Buzzer plus External antenna
NN – Refers to the carrier (when used)
US – US meaning activated for use in the USA; IN means international use; CA Canadian use
ABCD – airtime plan that is shipped with the device; note upgrade airtime plans are available.
