the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between CalAmp and you regarding the licensing
of the Software, Documentation and Related Materials and supersedes all proposals, oral or written,
and any other communications you may have had prior to purchasing your license; (3) Except for the
price and delivery terms agreed upon by both parties, the terms and conditions of this License
Agreement shall supersede those set forth in any purchase order where the purchase order conflicts or
is inconsistent with or adds to the terms and conditions of this License and those superseded purchase
order terms and conditions shall be null and void; (4) You agree to assure that copies of this License
Agreement are distributed, read and agreed to by each Developer using the Software and/or
Documentation.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United
States, excluding its conflicts of law principles and excluding the United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction of California State
federal and state courts, Ventura County, for resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement.
U.S. Government Protected Rights: The Software Documentation and Related Materials are
provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to
restrictions as set forth in subparagraph ©(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs ©(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer
Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is CalAmp DataCom
Inc., 1401 North Rice Ave. Oxnard, CA 93030. Rights are reserved under copyright laws of the United
States with respect to unpublished portions of the Software.
8 Regulatory Information
Human Exposure Compliance Statement
Pursuant to 47 CFR § 24.52 of the FCC Rules and Regulations, personal communications services
(PCS) equipment is subject to the radio frequency radiation exposure requirements specified in §
1.1307(b), § 2.1091 and § 2.1093, as appropriate.
CalAmp DataCom Inc. certifies that it has determined that the LMU-3030™ complies with the RF
hazard requirements applicable to broadband PCS equipment operating under the authority of 47 CFR
Part 24, Subpart E of the FCC Rules and Regulations. This determination is dependent upon
installation, operation and use of the equipment in accordance with all instructions provided.
