Stairs — Given Floor-to-Floor Rise

You’re building a stairway with a total rise of 9 feet 11 inches. Your de-

sired riser height is 7-1/2 inches and desired tread width is 10 inches.

Find the riser height; number of risers; riser underage/overage; tread

width; number of treads; tread underage/overage; stringer length; and

angle of incline.
