You can assign an Activity to each recording. This is just a label you can

use to keep track and organize your recorded sessions. The choice of

Activity has no effect on the measurement and the calculations, so it

means whatever you want it to mean. You can make up your own activity

names (Note: this feature may not be available on early versions of the

app).

Tip: You can change the Activity assigned to a session any time after it is saved
