The user will now be presented with a pop up box asking them to confirm the action (

The unit will now reboot. The unit should now start up in normal mode but with the IP address
set to 169.254.1.1 and the Ethernet interface set to auto-negotiate and auto-MDI/MDIX.
Should the unit fail to start up the user should refer to Section
1168H10.
9.3 Erase Configuration
To erase the unit’s configuration the user should press the “Erase Configuration” button on
the “Recovery Options” page (
1169HFigure 97). The user will now be presented with a pop up box
asking them to confirm the action (
