1.4 Getting Additional Help
To get information or assistance as soon as possible for problems that you encounter, follow
this procedure:
1. Search this document and the software release notes of supported releases.
2. Visit the Motorola website at http://www.motorola.com/ptp
.
3. Ask for assistance from the Motorola products supplier.
4. Gather information from affected units such as:
The IP addresses and MAC addresses
The software releases
The configuration of software features
Any available diagnostic downloads
5. Escalate the problem to Motorola as follows:
Either: send e-mail to support.ptp@motorola.com
Or: call WiBB Technical Support.
For warranty assistance, contact your reseller or distributor for the process.
1.5 Repair and Service
For unit repair or service, contact your service provider or an authorized Motorola Point-to-
Point Distributor for Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Alternatively, contact the PTP Global Technical Support Center to process an RMA.
