also broadcasting on channel 6 – you may want to consider changing
channels to see if this helps.
To change the channel the Smart Home Server is broadcasting on,
follow the steps below:
1 Click My Network and then click the Wireless Settings icon to display
the Wireless Settings page (
FIGURE 12-2).
2 Go to the Current Wireless Channel field and select a new channel
from the drop-down list.
3 Click SUBMIT.

MONITOR DISK USAGE
The hard disk on the Smart Home Server is used for two purposes:
To store backups of all the PCs in your network running the
Command Center
To provide space for the Sereniti Shared Drive (S: drive),
which network users can access and use to store and exchange
files (see Chapter 8 for additional details).
To monitor hard disk usage, click My Network and then click the View
Smart Home Server Status icon to display the Smart Home Server
Status page (
FIGURE 12-1). This page shows:
Status of the drive (formatted or not formatted)
Total capacity of the drive
Amount of space currently in use
Amount of space currently available
Percentage of disk space in use
