Thewaterdoesnotgethotenough:
a. Youareoperatingtheportabletanklesswaterheaterabove6,000feet / 2,000
meters. Weonlyrecommendusingitbelowelevationsof6,000feet.
b. Lookintotheviewerpanes (middlehorizontalwindowsonthefrontcover) tosee
ifthereisablueflame. Iftheflameisyellowtherecouldbeacrackedgas
regulator. DoNotAttempttousetheportabletanklesswaterheater.
Waterisflowing, butthereisnohotwatercomingout:
a. Ensurethatyouhavetheincomingwatersupplyandtheoutgoingwatersupply
hookedupproperly. Yourwatersupplyshouldbeattachedtoyourincoming
connection (locatedonthefarright) andtheshowerheadshouldbeattachedto
theoutgoingwater (locatedasthemiddleconnection).
b. Ensurethatyouhaveadequatewaterpressureofatleast2.5PSI / 0.17bar,
sustained.
c. EnsurethatyouhaveadequategasinyourpropanebottleandthattheLP
regulatoristhreadedallofthewayontotheportabletanklesswaterheater.
d. Freshbatteriesarerequiredforignitionspark. Makesurebatteriesarealignedin
theproperpolarity (+/-).
Theportabletanklesswaterheaterdoesnothing:
a. Ensurethatyouhaveyourwatersourcehookeduptothewaterinletside (far
rightconnection) andtheshowerhandleishookeduponthewateroutletside
(middleconnection).
b. Ensurethatyouhaveanadequatesupplyofpropane.
c. Ensurethatyouhavefreshbatteries.
LIMITEDWARRANTY
Themanufacturerwarrantsheatercomponents (exceptpaintandfinish) tobefreefrom
defectinmaterialsandworkmanshipfor1yearfromthedateofpurchase. Allaccessories
(includedwithshowerorpurchasedseparately) arewarrantedfromdefectinmaterials
andworkmanshipfor90daysfromtheoriginalpurchasingdate. Withintheseperiods, the
manufacturerwillreplacethedefectiveparts.
Productpaintandfinisharenotwarranted. Theexteriorfinishoftheproductwillwear
downovertime.
