Product Warranty Information
CanCooker Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under proper
assembly, normal use and recommended care for 1 year from the date of original purchase. The
CanCooker Inc. warranty does not cover paint finish as it may burn off during normal use. CanCooker
Inc. requires reasonable proof of purchase for warranty claims and suggests that you keep your receipt.
Upon the expiration of such warranty, all such liability shall terminate.
Within the stated warranty period, CanCooker Inc,, at its discretion, shall repair or replace defective
components free of charge, with the owner being responsible for shipping. Should CanCooker Inc. require
return of component(s) in question for inspection, CanCooker Inc. will be responsible for shipping
charges to return requested item. This warranty excludes property damage sustained due to misuse, abuse,
accident, damage arising out of transportation, or damage incurred by commercial use of this product.
This expressed warranty is the sole warranty given by CanCooker Inc. and is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed or implied including implied warranty, merchantability, or fitness for a particular
purpose. Neither CanCooker Inc. nor the retail establishment selling this product has authority to make
any warranties or to promise remedies in addition to or inconsistent with those stated above. CanCooker
Inc.’s maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the
original consumer/ purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages. In such a case, the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.
RequirementsandLimitations:
 Warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
 Keep your salesreceipt as proof ofpurchasedate.
 Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of like product as determined by CanCooker Inc.
 CanCooker Inc. at its discretion willprovide a replacement product for any item we found to be
defective.
 This limited warranty is non-transferable.
 Warranty covers manufacturer's defects only.󳋢
 This limited warranty will not reimburse you for the cost of any inconvenience, food, personal
injury or property damage.
 Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
 Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the original consumer/purchaser for all
in/out of warranty parts orders.
 CanCooker Inc. excludes from its warranty the following: Defects/damage resulting from
accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, vandalism.󳋢 󳋢 󳋢 󳋢
 Damage resulting from weather conditions and neglect is not covered.
 Normal wear and tear, chipping, denting and scratching on surfaces is not covered.
 Discoloration from exposure to sunlight, heat or chemicals is not covered by this warranty.
