ASSIGNING THE FLOWS OVER THE DAILY 24-HOUR PERIOD
Proceed as follows:
1. the rst two digits of the display show the hour of the day
(24-hour clock) while the last two show the selected ow
for the corresponding hour of the day. The rst three digits
are steady, but the last numeric digit, after the F (0, 1, 2 or
3) indicating the ow, is ashing;
2. press the
button to select the hour of the day;
then press the
button to select the required flow
corresponding to the selected hour of the day. Each change
is indicated by a beep. Press the
button again to change
the display to the next hour: press the
button to select
the required ow. Proceed in the same way to set the ows
for each successive hour;
3. do not press any button for 20 seconds, and the setting
phase will end. The ashing displayed value becomes xed
and then the OFF or StoP indication is displayed;
4. press the
button before the OFF or StoP indication
is displayed (while the hourly ow value is still ashing) to
continue to the setting of the next parameter: SETTING
THE PARTIAL VOLUME.

You can set a different ow rate for every hour of the day, choosing between
the four available rates (F0, F1, F2, F3).
If you set the F0 ow rate for any hour, during that hour no drug will be
administered, as the ow rate will be 0.00 ml/h: the display shows the remaining
time of the infusion, and pressing the
button will temporarily display F0
with the value of 0.00 ml/h.
