CANÈ S.p.A. guarantees that the product is free from any material or ma-
nufacturing defects for a period of 2 (TWO) YEARS from the original date of
purchase.
If, in the course of this guarantee period, any material or manufacturing de-
fects are identied, CANÈ S.p.A. will repair or substitute the defective com-
ponents according to the terms and conditions herein, without any charge for
labour or parts; the client is responsible for the costs of sending the pump to
the CANÈ S.p.A. Customer Support Service.
CANÈ S.p.A. reserves the right to change the characteristics or model of its
devices, without being under any obligation to make corresponding modica-
tions to devices already manufactured and sold.
Conditions:
1. The guarantee is valid only if the defect is reported within the period of the
guarantee.
2. This guarantee does not extend to any costs and/or defects following mo-
dications or adaptations made to the product, without prior written authori-
sation by CANÈ S.p.A.
CANÈ S.p.A. disclaims all responsibility either to the purchaser or to third
parties for damage that occurs to persons or things as a result of improper
operation of the device, for uses of the device for which it was not designed
and for the non-observance of the instructions provided in the User Guide.
The purchaser undertakes to indemnify CANÈ S.p.A. from any claims by third
parties with respect to the above.
3. This guarantee is not valid if the model or serial number of the product have
been modied, erased, removed or have in any way been made illegible.
